is to encourage, equip, and sustain marketplace leaders to raise God's biblical standard of excellence and release Godly transformation where they work and live.

Core Values

The Great Commission – Our ultimate mission as individuals, businesses, and ministries is to make disciples of all nations. This mission causes us to develop relationships with apostolic leaders who will send us into our industries as ministers of the gospel of the Kingdom of God, prioritize our efforts, time, and resources first toward something bigger than ourselves, and direct our motivation in creating profit to the purpose of reaching the nations.

Kingdom Mindset – Our worldview dictates that God is perfectly good and that all areas of our lives – business, family, ministry, leisure, etc. – are interconnected and purposed toward the expansion of God’s Kingdom, resulting in the redemption of society and culture in all areas of our industry and influence. This worldview leads us to take responsibility for the personal and corporate troubles around us, bringing Heaven’s solutions to Earth’s problems and working with civil, business, and local Church leaders in supernaturally honoring relationships to release God’s will in the earth.

Relationship with God – Our first priority is our relationship with God. This priority originates in a genuine love for God and motivates us to intentionally set aside regular, purposeful time to encounter God through His Word, intercession, and abandoned soaking in His presence, and to conduct our business and personal lives – particularly in the area of finance – in such a way as to protect this relationship from any violation.

Culture of Honor – The foundation of all our relationships is honor. This foundation of honor leads us to value the unique strengths with which God has created each person and relate to one another in such a way as to draw out and maximize these strengths. Honor defines our leadership style, manifested most clearly in our others-focused, servant-hearted mentality.

Marriage and Family – Our standing is that a biblically sound marriage and family is what qualifies us for authority in the Kingdom of God and that success in the business world is completely empty without achieving and maintaining success in our homes. This value causes us to place family needs above business needs or individual desires, intentionally cultivate healthy, growing relationships with our parents, spouses, and children, and pursue the heart of our Heavenly Father in all that we do.

Goals

To create community and business-building opportunities that effect change and make an impact for Jesus Christ, by leveraging the power and authority of God's people in the workplace.

Our members commit to:

• Dedicate their businesses to God.
• Renew and purposefully grow their spiritual relationship with God.
• Becoming doers of the Word, understanding and implementing Biblical principles in business.
• Gather to share experiences, build community, and support each other through prayer.
• Leverage the power and authority God has given them in the workplace so that God's Kingdom comes here "on earth as it is in Heaven."
